Robert "Dale" McIntosh, 76, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025.
Born on August 20, 1949, in McAlester, Oklahoma, to Irene and Robert C. McIntosh. After high school Dale served the United States Navy and was a proud veteran.
Dale had a deep love for his work in which he spent much of his professional career as a Home and Auto Electronics Technician at Soundworld of Muskogee. Whether it was fixing a stereo system or installing a car audio setup, he was known for his expertise and reliability. He enjoyed retirement out in the garage tinkering, listening to music, and loving his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Irene and Robert C. McIntosh, sisters Earlene and Delores.
He leaves behind a loving wife of 45 years, Vickie McIntosh; children Neil McIntosh and girlfriend Laura Wood, Kimberly Martin and husband Toby, Jeremy McDowell and wife Susan; grandchildren Samantha McIntosh, Ethan McIntosh, Montana Martin and wife Brittany, Kolby Martin and wife Shelby, Tristen Martin, Emma McDowell, Isabella McDowell, Lilah McDowell, and Kynley; great-grandchildren Aiden McIntosh, Tilly Martin, Mitchell Martin, and Tana Martin; many friends, and all those whose lives he touched over the years.
"Goobie" will be greatly missed!
Viewing will be on Wednesday September 10, 2025 at Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home in Muskogee from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. The family will greet friends at the funeral home beginning at 6:00 pm.
