Roger Christ Obituary
Roger Charles Christ Jr., beloved son, husband, father, friend passed away from this life on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. He is survived by his parents, wife, children and many more family members and friends.
Born May 30, 1979, in Tomball, Tx to Roger Sr. and Liz Christ. Roger dedicated his life to his wife Suzanne, children, Ava and Mason, brother Kenny Christ, other family members, friends, and of course any body of water that he could find.
Roger was well known in the community and beyond and never met a stranger he didn't like. He was funny without trying and could light up a room by simply walking into it and instantly cracking one-liners.
At various points in his life, he could be found telling tales of the greatest brisket in all the lands, slaughtering the trout, and shooting birds as far as clouds.
Above all, he was most known to be a proud family man, who made clear to his wife and children he would do anything for them.

I'm sorry that I'm unable to attend today. Grew up knowing Roger, he never met a stranger! So many great memories! He could always make you laugh and always had a great story to tell. Prayers and love to Suzie and their precious children.

I was a friend of Roger's mother and we all spent lots of time (some summers...every weekend) in Matagorda in the 80's and 90's fishing, boating and just having fun. Got to know Kenny, Carrie/Liz's parents and siblings very well and made some wonderful memories! I'm heartbroken for your family. Roger was a great guy and sounds like he was a terrific father and husband. I'm so very sad for everyone who knew and loved him.
