Roger Lee Williams, 81, of Grove City, passed away on August 17, 2025. Born on February 3, 1944 in Williamson, West Virginia to the late Thomas and Lina (Spradlin) Williams. He married Lerah M. Garland on August 25, 1986, and she survives.
Along with Lerah, Roger is survived by children, Connie and Jeff Crawford of Hilliard and Debbie Stepp and James Isaacs of Ashville; grandchildren, Kristen, Ava, and Josh Snyder of Ashville and MiKinzi Skaggs of Hilliard; siblings, Red Williams and David Williams of Columbus and Bob Williams of Southern Ohio; cousins, Darrell, Norma, Joey, Jenny, Justin and Christie Spradlin of West Virginia, Eddie Ray and Becky Spradlin of Chillicothe, and Janice Hensley of Gainesville, Georgia; and many other family members and friends.
Along with his parents, Roger is preceded in death by his son, Tom Williams; and brothers, Alfred Williams of West Virginia, and Billy Ray and Jimmie Williams of Columbus.
Roger retired at 58 years old from truck driving for Big Bear Grocery. When he wasn’t at work, Roger loved to Golf, Fish, go hunting, and play cards.
