Ronald Joseph Gulish, 70, of Rural Valley, passed away on October 27, 2024 at his residence.
He was born on September 25, 1954 to Michael E. and Catherine L. (Evans) Gulish in Kittanning, PA. Ronald was the maintenance mechanic at Punxsutawney Hospital before retiring. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed loading shells. Ronald served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Era.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Tammy (Mackey) Gulish, whom he married June 24, 1993; daughter, Tara Fink of Reading; two sons, Matthew (Jessica) Gulish of Reading and Travis Gulish of Indiana; 6 grandchildren, Seth, Ethan, Nate, Tristan, Adian, and Rylie; two brothers, Michael (Charlotte) Gulish of Rural Valley and Thomas (Christina) Gulish of Yatesboro; sister, Debra (Guy) Spera of Rural Valley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Lucinda and Helen Gulish.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2024, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc., 724 W. Main St. Rural Valley, PA.
A blessing service will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, 11:00 am at the Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
