Ronald D. "Ronnie" Blevins

Ronnie Duane Blevins, 75 of Bluejacket, OK passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on August 16, 2025.

Ronnie was born on February 23,1950 in Colby, KS

He spent his life loving animals, dogs, horses, and chickens mostly. Ronnie also had a love and a talented musician, playing guitar and singing. He loved to spend time with his family by sharing meals, music, and laughs. To him that equals love.

His life was spent traveling as a child while his dad worked for the pipeline. He followed in his dad's footsteps and he also traveled all over to work for the pipeline. He might not be home often, but when he was, he lived life to the fullest.

His pipeline career started out with him being a welders helper, he worked hard to make a name for himself and work up the ladder. When he retired he was Senior Chief Inspector.

Ronnie was a very proud and beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by wife, Tooter Blevins, sister, Mary Lois, daughter, Kimmie Seaston, daughter, Kristie Blevins, son, Billy Jo and wife April Killough, and son Freddy Jack Epperson, 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was blessed with a large family of brother and sister in-laws, nephews, nieces, cousins and some friends who felt more like family than friends.

Ronnie was proceeded in death by his dad, Virgil Blevins, mom, Helen Blevins, sisters, Mary Lois Kirk and Beverly Blevins and sisters Shirley, Joyce and Janet.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday August 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Lloyd Martin's home on SE 2nd Street in Bluejacket, Oklahoma.

You have had an immense impact on so many lives. One thing that made you so special is that you never knew how well you were loved by everyone. You had a huge heart and were friendly with everyone and never met a stranger. You will be missed and loved by us all.

Nothing can ever take away a love the heart holds dear.
