Rose Ann Ivey, 68, of Bossier City, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on September 12, 2023. She was born on June 19, 1955, in Warner Robins, Georgia to Robert C. Hollingsworth and Dorothy M. Kelley Hollingsworth.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 located at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Rose graduated from Parkway High School and LSU/LA Tech with a degree in Accounting and Business Management. After school, she worked at International Paper for over 40 years. She loved the Lord, her daughter, family and friends, and was always helping those in need.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Karyn Ivey; and brother, Toby Hollingsworth. Left behind to cherish her memory include her sisters, Debra Lange (Gunther) and Carolyn Hammett; brother, Michael Hollingsworth (Kiyomi); half-siblings, David Wright, Tommy Waldorf, and Brenda Gail Rogers; aunt, Betty Freshour; nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
