Seth D. Silow, 53, of Liberty Township, PA passed away unexpectedly on November 2, 2024. Seth was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Herbert Silow and Marlene White.
Seth is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Laurie Silow; his sister, Esa Merson; and his niece, Acadia Merson.
Seth will be missed and remembered for saying, "never lose your sense of humor," "I have nothing but time and time doesn't matter," and for always telling things like "it is."
Seth was a brilliant carpenter who strived to accomplish improvements and renovations to his home, no matter how difficult the task was. He will be remembered for his beautiful, one-of-a-kind landscaping. Seth was a mentor to several individuals who showed interest in learning to build and how to use tools.
Before moving to PA, Seth worked at a bindery where he was a talented, skilled, and precise paper cutter. He enjoyed cooking and creating appetizing recipes. He was always pleased to cook for family and friends.
Seth was also known to take pleasure in listening to music, gardening, bowling, fishing, and in his earlier years racing his modified and restored '79 Buick Regal.
Seth enjoyed spending time with his pets who he lovingly called his furry family. He is being missed by them more than he ever could have imagined.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. I will always cherish the antique tools that he gave to me even though he didn´t even know me. I didn´t know Seth well but one thing I do know is the man had a heart of gold. May he rest in peace. Fly high Seth, your suffering is over now. With love and respect, Shelly and Cody Fenescey.
