Services for Ms. Halsell will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025, 11 am at St. Paul MB Church in Tylertown, MS with visitation from 10 am - 11 am at the church. Rev. Isiah Jones will officiate the funeral service, with interment to follow in the St. Paul Church Cemetery in Tylertown, MS.
