Ms. Theresa Marie Wampler Poffenberger, 64, of Hagerstown, died suddenly early Wednesday, January 29, 2025, in Hagerstown.

Born March 3, 1960, in Washington, District of Columbia, she was a daughter of Marie Bernadette Beavers Wampler of Hagerstown, and the late William Freeman Wampler

Theresa had worked with for the Herald Mail for nearly 30 years as a contract hauler. Additionally, she had worked with Cumberland Valley Veterinary Clinic, Krispy Kreme Donuts and Wesel Blvd AC&T, all of Hagerstown. She was also a housekeeper and care giver for the elderly and disabled.
