Thomas V. Roc

Thomas Vincent Roc, 74, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully
at home on November 6, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born to the late Vincent J. Roc of Fountain Hill and Elsie
(Hathazi) Huber of Bethlehem.
Known affectionately as Tommy, he dedicated 40 years of his life
to working at B. Braun, where he served as a sterilization
coordinator before retiring in 2017. After retirement, Tommy
continued to work part-time at Weis Markets until his passing.
An avid train enthusiast and gifted keyboardist, Tommy had a
remarkable ability to turn "junk" into something useful. He took
pride in ensuring that everything he fixed had a purpose and was
in perfect working order. He cherished spending time with family
and friends, and was a regular at diners with loved ones. His
heart also belonged to his cats, whom he often adopted or
brought in from the back porch.
Tommy was a proud graduate of Liberty High School, Class of
1968, and a long-time member of Christ Church U.C.C. of
Bethlehem. His warmth, generosity, and sense of humor touched
the lives of all who knew him.
Tommy is survived by his stepfather, Richard Huber Sr.; three
step-sisters, Joann Zwickl, Liz Snyder, and Marci Huber; three
step-children, Jose Medina, Marie Medina, and Eddie Espinosa;
as well as eight nieces and nephews and four grandchildren. He
will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and
loving him.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23,
2024, at 11:00 AM at Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden
Street, Bethlehem, PA. All who knew Tommy are welcome to
attend.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tommy's memory may be made to
Peaceable Kingdom, 1049 MacArthur Road, Whitehall, PA, a
cause close to his heart.
