Timothy Patrick Lafferty was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, on April 30, 1956, to James and Doris (Boyne) Lafferty. He passed away at his home in Duncan on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the age of 69.
Timothy graduated from Las Lomas High School in California. He then joined the United States Air Force in 1974 and rose to the rank of Sergeant. Timothy had a love of working on cars and throughout his life he worked as a Master Mechanic. When he wasn't working, he also volunteered as a firefighter. Timothy loved drag racing, baseball (especially the San Francisco Giants), and barbecuing with friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Doris Lafferty, and brother, Jimmy Lafferty. Timothy is survived by his beloved daughter, Lindsey Lafferty of Wichita Falls, TX; brother and sister in-law Mike and Alex Lafferty; aunt and uncle, Sue and Rich O'Mara; nieces: Kayla Lafferty and Samantha Bohan; and nephews: Sean Lafferty and Carter Bohan.
He is forever in our hearts; his laugh will be greatly missed!
There are no services planned at this time. Cremation arrangements are being handled by Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
