Timothy "Tim" Boyd Martin, 64, was called home on December 25, 2024. He passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones. Tim was born on January 24, 1960, to Bengerman "Tuff" E. Martin (Alice) and Marlene Elizabeth Powell (Lou) in Roswell, New Mexico. He worked as a dedicated construction worker, helping to build and shape the community. Tim was known for his immense generosity and kind heart. He would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need, even when he had very little himself. His greatest joy came from spending time with his children, grandchildren, and his large extended family.
He is survived by his children: Brandy Holmes, Kristy Peral (Christopher), Brittany "Desaray" Shomette (Devin), and Eugenia "Gina" Martin, along with his cherished grandchildren: Aidan Holmes, Christopher Peral, Jr., Eugene Martin, Peyton Martin, Paisley Martin, Elora Shomette, Marshall Martin, Willow Shomette, Charlotte Lindblom, and Airyn Shomette.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Ben Allen Martin. He is survived by his siblings - John "Skeeter" Martin (Peggy), Kathy Pope, Cindy Latronica (Ronald "Beaver"), Dorothy "Dot" Bryson (Larry), Marsha "Butch" Hunziker, Bengerman "Bengie" Martin III, and his twin brother, Michael Martin (Darlene). The mother of his children, Cindy Holmes and Ellen Susan Lee, several nieces and nephews as well as many dear friends and extended family members.
A Celebration of Life is planned for 1 p.m., Saturday January 11, 2025, at his sister Cindy Latronica's house (101 Timber Ridge Rd. Marble Falls, TX 78654)
