Tony Thayer Obituary

Tony spent his early years in central Vermont and was known for his dedication to hard work and community service. He worked for many years at Belanger's Cleaning Service, becoming a trusted and familiar presence to those around him.
He is survived by his wife Sherry Thayer of Northfield Falls, Vermont, his sister Eva Thayer of Arizona, and his brothers Herbert Thayer, Jr. and Bruce Thayer of Walden, Vermont. Tony also leaves behind his daughter Nicole Gallup of Barre, Vermont, sons Jason Flynn of Bradford, Vermont, and Travis Flynn of Barre, Vermont, as well as his very special grandchildren who he adored: Faith (Hickory) Royea, Kailey Hickory, Alexandria Gallup, and great-grandchild Rosalina Royea who was the apple of his eye. His memory will also be carried forward by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. May those who knew Tony find comfort in the memories they shared with him; he will be dearly missed by all.
Tony was predeceased by his parents Herbert Sr. and Dorothy (Raymond) Thayer, as well as his brother Francis Thayer and his sister Linda McKinstry.
In accordance with his wishes, no services will be held.

My youngest brother you have left us way too soon. I´m grateful I was able to see you in August. Until me meet again say hi to the rest of the family. Love you bother.

Tony had a friendly smile and hello for everyone. He was available to repair, move, clean messes, and stop a leak while maintaining various businesses.
