Trent Jeremy Sanchez, 19, of Akron, went to Heaven alongside his brother, Austin Labbe on August 17, 2025. Known as "Tea-Rent" to his family, he was born on March 27, 2006 to the late Jeremy Sanchez and Tanya {Chisnell} Labbe. He grew up in Tallmadge, Ohio and graduated from Manchester High School in 2024. Although he just started working at Swenson's a few months ago, he was already offered a management position.
Trent loved spending time with his family. Every Sunday included a special outing with his family. He was happiest when outdoors, whether he was camping, fishing, skateboarding, playing football, or ice skating. Over the summer, his brother Austin was teaching him how to ride a motorcycle, which he enjoyed.
Trent had a unique style. He took pride in his hair and his jewelry collection. His family will always remember his fun-loving, goofy personality. He was a daredevil since childhood and was never afraid to climb trees or up on the roof. He was the first in the water on a hot summer day and loved doing tricks on his skateboard. He knew no strangers. Trent would talk to anyone and had a wide circle of friends. He gave the best hugs.
Trent was so special and although his life was cut short too soon, he will be carried in our hearts forever.
In addition to his father, Trent was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sharon Chisnell; Pap Pap, James Black; grandfather, Larry Tenschert; great-grandmothers, Lucile Black and Libby; great-grandfather, Adrian DeLeon; uncle, Bob Hareford; aunt, Rosario DeLeon; cousin, Bobby Hareford.
He will be dearly missed by his mother, Tanya Labbe; twin brother, Titus Sanchez; sister, Angelina Labbe; grandfathers, Barry Chisnell and Gary (Becky) Sanchez; grandmother, Mindi Tenschert; great-grandmother, Florence Black; nephew, Killian Labbe; sister-in-law, Aubrey Davis; many step-siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 10 am - 12 noon, immediately followed by a 12 noon memorial service at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, Ohio 44305.
