A funeral service will be held in the Chapel at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow the service at Gibbs Memorial Baptist Church. The family will be receiving friends on Monday, August 18, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Mr. Van is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Judy Norris Teasley.
He is survived by his wife, Julie Norris of Braselton, Ga; sisters, Kathy Norris (David) Barrett of Gainesville, Ga, Lori Norris (Derek) Daniel of Bogart, Ga; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Drive, Gainesville, Georgia 30504 is in charge of the arrangements.
