She was born on November 21, 1953 in Troy, PA the daughter of the late Kenneth and Lorene (Orvis) Earle.
Victoria cherished the time she spent with her family and was very devoted to them. She liked to attend family events, was known for being hard working, and enjoyed music. She retired from Corning Inc in 2020 following 30 years of service.
She is survived by her son, Michael Kelsey, daughter, Amy Kelsey, grandchildren, Anthony Miller, Kenneth Miller, Nathan Kelsey, Abigail Kelsey, Nallijah Kelsey, and Jacob Thomas, sister, Patricia Hackelton, and a nephew, Chris (Ann) Lent. Victoria was predeceased by her husband, Jay Golliver and sister, Carol Lent.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Phillips Funeral Home, 17 West Pulteney Street, Corning, on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. A celebration of life service will take place at a later time.
