Vincent C. Iudice, 72, passed away on November 1, 2024 in Palm Coast, Florida. He was an adoring father, beloved "Papa" to his seven grandkids, and avid golfer. Vince was passionate about his friendships, and maintained them with enthusiasm, staying in close contact with dear friends from coast-to-coast throughout his lifetime.
Born and raised in Lancaster, New York in 1952, Vince was the oldest child of Vincent and Mary Jane Hyberg Iudice. He was a lifelong sports fan – particularly the Buffalo Bills – and played football throughout his youth. Vince played the position of quarterback at Lancaster High School and at the University of Buffalo, where he was a proud graduate.
Vince's positive energy was contagious and made him beloved by everyone who met him. He enjoyed many hobbies – including coaching his friends through their golf games – and loved making golf clubs for his kids, grandkids, and friends. His successful career in the fields of IT and sales took him all over the world and Vince made friends wherever he went.
He is survived by his beloved wife Linda Murphy, son Ron and wife Kristin, daughter Christen, step-daughter Lauren and husband Mike, and his grandchildren Colton, Hunter, Payton, Chase, Reese, Ryan and Charlotte. He is also survived by his sister Valerie and husband Gil, and sister Leah. He was preceded in death by his son Vincent, his sister Melissa, and parents "Dash" and Mary Jane.
In his memory, donations can be made to Advent Health Foundation Hospice Care of East Florida, and to First Tee of North Florida, an organization committed to providing youth with golf and leadership skills, along with life lessons. https://firstteenorthflorida.org. Vince was passionate about helping others explore and enjoy the game of golf, and in his memory, his family encourages everyone who knew and loved him to play a round in his honor.

Vince was a fantastic human being. I had the privilege to work with Vince when he was repairing clubs part time at Dick´s Sporting Goods in Daytona Beach. He was friends with everyone he met and his positive attitude and friendliness were contagious. I will miss him so much. He met every challenge in life, and he had many, with grace and class. I am a better person because I knew him and the way he approached life, I believe, is how God would want us all to. Rest in peace my brother!

Our sincerest condolences to Linda and family during this difficult time. I met and worked with Vince while we were both working at Compaq in Houston and immediately became friends. We had so many memorable rounds of golf together, where I had the opportunity to also meet good friends of Vince, such as Dennis Selby, Tim Banks and others. I will always remember Vince's laughter (especially after one of my many bad shots on the course), and his kind and generous heart. Yes, he was a good golfer, but he was an even better man and friend. I will always remember Vince as one of the best men I have known in my life and was so blessed to call him my friend.
