Jan, It's been a long time since I've seen either you or my old smoking buddy. I'm so sorry for your loss. We had some good times laughing at the Christmas Parties at Randall & Dewey over the years, didn't we? I'll never forget the first time my daughter (who was 3 at the time) met Mike and the first thing she asked him was, "what is your middle name?" LOL. I'm so sad he's gone. I hope you find comfort in knowing you will see him again one day. :) Much love and prayers, Risa (James) Woodard

Jan & Family - Sincerest sympathies on your loss. I enjoyed a professional relationship with Mike at Randall & Dewey, and later Jefferies, but I appreciated Mike more as a friend, and a unique one at that. I will keep your family, as well as memories of Mike, in my thoughts.

The memorial service yesterday was a witness to man's life that for this precious family was a love story. Jan, you did such a beautiful talk about your soulmate and husband, the father of your wonderful children....a very difficult task when your heart is breaking. It appeared that calmness clothed your heart as you began to witness and talk of Mike and the impact on your life and those of his family and friends. Genuine and sincere love was apparent. May peace and comfort and God's grace be with you, Mike, Lisa, Jessica and all the family. Such a love and such a loss.....gone way too early, but always in the hearts and minds of his loved ones, rest assured.
