Know that Bill made a lasting impact on our lives by helping Steve in his HR career and launching Alice's career with Kinder Morgan. We are now retired and Bill is the person who made what is our life today possible. He blessed us all with his legacy.

Natalie and I are so sad to hear about the loss of Bill. He and I were team mates in football and basketball in high school and he was an usher at our wedding.
I have a lot of wonderful memories of him. Our heartfelt condolences to his family.

Bill,
when we were young you made us laugh, as we got older you made us think about our faith, and then you made us empathize with your struggles
you are gone but not forgotten
may you rest in peace and free of your pain

Fortunately, my life was and is a different life because of Bill. He was my outplacement consultant hired by my former employer to assist in my career transition. Through the grace of God, my transition was to become his partner at The Morganstern Company. We were different in so many ways and yet our business ethics and belief that our work was a ministry made us such a cohesive team, supported by our remarkable friendship and mutual respect. I learned so much from Bill and he freely offered himself as my teacher, mentor, and finally as his business partner. We began all our meetings with prayer and prayer underpinned our lives day in and out. I knew him as a brilliant businessman, a devoted husband, a sportsman, big sports fan, a real blessing to his pets, and a loving, guiding caretaker for people who needed help, but most of all, as a brother in Christ. He could be hilarious and was gifted as one of the best joke tellers anywhere. Bill enjoyed our "business retreats" at the Gulf Coast which he found exhilarating and renewing. We always had fun but we were also very seriously led by Bill. We planned and developed our strategies for what was an amazingly successful business, with the aim of helping and guiding people in transition and in their management development. Bill wanted us to be the very best in our business and we believed we were. I never think of Bill without recalling his generosity in so many ways. His giving ways never knew limits. And I will miss his friendship, as will Mary, my wife who knew and loved Bill as the man who meant so much to us both. His spirituality touched everyone through his actions. The world is better because of Bill, as I believe knowing him gave us the opportunity to be better people. As he often asked in prayer, his thoughts, words and actions were truly blessed by Christ, I am convinced. Bill, dear friend, you are now where you have wanted to be for a long time. Surely heaven rejoices having you there. We love you Bill, and offer you those words of comfort and peace you offered us all countless times--God Bless You.

So sorry for the family's loss. I remember Bill from high school and enjoyed running interference for him on the field.
His legacy is a testament to his character.
Our condolences to the family and while words are no where nearly enough please take some comfort in the fact that Bill rests peacefully and pain free.
