Rodney Paul Martin

Rodney Paul Martin, age 55, of Camptown, PA passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023 at his home.
Rodney was born on August 31, 1968 in Johnson City, NY the son of the late Melvin Martin (d. 1968) and Lillian Ruth O'Connor Martin DeLamarter (d. 2018). He was a graduate of Wyalusing Valley High School with the class of 1986.
After high school Rod joined the US Navy and received top honors in his basic training class. When he returned home, he worked in many local stone quarries.
Rod was an avid fisherman and enjoyed collecting coins and other antiques. He took great pleasure in building stone walls. Rod cared for all of his animals, and he loved to spend time with his family and friends.
Rod is survived by his wife, Angelina Martin, his son, Roland P. Martin (Brittany) of Wyalusing, PA; his granddaughter, Sophia Martin; his siblings, Robert Martin (Debbie) of Lime Hill, PA, James "JB" Martin (Annette) of Rome, PA, Michael Martin (Cindy) of Stevensville, PA, Tim DeLamarter (Alicia Kirkpatrick) of Laceyville, PA, Monica "Nicki" Pisarcik (Jason) of Phoenixville, PA, and Kenneth DeLamarter (Maritza) of Middleburg, PA; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Abiding by Rodney's wishes there will not be any services at this time.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Rodney's name to the Calvary Chapel Endless Mountains, 44936 US-6, Wyalusing, PA 18853 or to the Rought Hall American Legion Post #510, 328 Old Route 6, Laceyville, PA 18623.
