Born in Seymour, IN, Andrea resided in Bordentown, NJ for the last 19 years. She enjoyed sewing and gardening in her spare time, but most of all she was passionate about her family and loved to be with them.
Daughter of the late William Rhoads; she is survived by her mother, Helen Rhoads; her loving husband of 33 years, Troy Phillips; her children, Tyler Phillips (fiancé Taylor), and Rylan Phillips; her siblings, Thomas Rhoads (Kay), William Rhoads, Jerry Rhoads (Tyra), Jeanne Rhoads, and Joy Prate (Brian); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may greet the family on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 11AM to 12PM, at the Huber-Moore Funeral Home, 517 Farnsworth Ave., Bordentown, NJ. A Celebration of Life will follow at 12PM, at the funeral home.
Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
