Andrew and I had the opportunity to work together for a couple years at Amazon. He turned into one of my favorite coworkers. He was intelligent, driven, and a little bit sassy. Andrew made me laugh daily. Once we were working on solving a problem and were kicking around some ideas. I threw a pretty out of the box idea out there and his response was, "no that won´t work." "Why won´t it work Andrew?" And I will never for get his response, it made me laugh really hard. "...physics." I was very humbled, but in the best way. We made a pretty great team.
My favorite thing about Andrew was listening to him talk about his family. I was reminded all the time that his wife is so much smarter than he was. And that his kids are also incredibly intelligent and kind souls. Andrew loved being a husband and a father, there was never a question about what his top priorities were.
Andrew will be missed. He had a large impact at work and on me. Sending my heartfelt condolences to his family.
"Most merciful God, whose wisdom is beyond our understanding. Deal graciously with all who grieve the loss of those they love. Surrounded them with your love, that they may not be overwhelmed by their loss, but have confidence in your goodness, and strength to meet the days to come; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen."

We knew Andrew for a little less than a year but we are so grateful for his giving spirit as my son's den leader in cub scouts. Our sincere condolences to his family. Looking forward to seeing Andrew in heaven. We'll be in the long line of people to thank him for his kindness and selfless service.
