It is with very heavy hearts that we share that Arran David Biggart, 45, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, August 7, 2024. Arran was a long time resident of Amherst and Amherst Township. He attended Marion L. Steele High School and Lorain County Joint Vocational School. Arran was a man of many talents most of which were self- taught. He was an auto mechanic for many years and recently worked for Canon. Arran was a musician and played various instruments, notably the drums and guitar. In his youth, he was a member of a few local bands. Arran had an adventurous streak and loved living on the edge. His passions in life were riding his motorcycle, fishing, restoring engines, and fixing vintage electronics. He loved sharing his passions with others especially his four children that he loved deeply.
Arran is survived by his fiancée Ekaterina (Kat) Kazantseva; his four children Ian Biggart (19), Lydia Biggart (18), Robert Biggart (13), and Ivan Biggart (9); his parents, David Biggart and Mary Anne Heenan; his siblings, Kylie Volpe (husband Ben Volpe), Rob Biggart (Aly Becker), and Kim Diaz (husband Jesse Diaz); niece, Carly Tipper (née Diaz); nephews, Michael Lanser, Wesley Volpe, Wyatt Volpe, Gavin Diaz, and Maxwell Biggart.
Arran is loved and deeply missed by his family and friends.
