BARB A. KOZA (HOJNICKI)
Age 73, of Mokena, passed away Saturday, March 1st, 2025 at St. Joseph Hospital in Joliet.
Barb is survived by her loving family, children, Sarah Sullivan, Jenny (Mike Houston) Koza, Emily (Carl) Brandon, former husband, Robert Koza, grandchildren, Katelyn Sullivan, Kamryn Sullivan, siblings, Cynthia Dulek, John Hojnicki and numerous nieces and nephews.
Barb was preceded in death by her parents, John & Geraldine Hojnicki (Szymanski).
Barb was a graduate of St. Francis DeSales High School in Chicago and Northwestern University in Evanston. She dedicated her life to her family; raising and supporting her three daughters and granddaughters. She was an excellent example of unconditional love and will be greatly missed.
Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, March 6th, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Friday, March 7th, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
