He is survived by wife of 8 years, Blanche (Brewer) Cullins of Monticello; five grandchildren Paige, Jack, Olivia, Charlie, and Tripp; three great grandchildren Ava, Charlotte, Axle; and one brother Mark Philipines.
He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Norman.
