Bonnie Ann Goolsby

Bonnie Ann Goolsby, a beloved mother, devoted wife, and cherished homemaker, was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on August 9, 1947. She peacefully passed away on November 19, 2025, in Carrollton, Georgia.
Bonnie was known for her vibrant spirit and her deep love of flowers. One of her most joyful adventures was traveling with her daughter, Amy, to witness the breathtaking tulip fields in the Netherlands and the botanical gardens in Hawaii. Throughout her life, Bonnie exemplified the essence of love and care, nurturing her family with unwavering dedication and warmth. She will be lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wilburn Goolsby; her son, Greg Goolsby; her parents, Elbert and Lucille Paden; and her sisters and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Junior Fowler, Doris Paden, and Martha Duby.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Amy Goolsby; granddaughter and her husband, Megan and Bryan Stauffer; great-grandchildren, Trentin and Stella Stauffer; and brother and sister-in-law, Andrew and Terri Paden. She also leaves behind two nieces and many cousins who will miss her tremendously.
A graveside service to honor and celebrate Bonnie's life will be held at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery on November 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Friends and family are invited to gather for a visitation at Martin & Hightower Funeral Home on November 23, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
