Born on August 10, 19992 in Cumberland, MD, she was a daughter of Charles Eugene and wife Momma C Winebrenner of Lonaconing, MD and Deborah Jean (Rotruck) Porter and husband John of Cumberland. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Maynard Rotruck and Mary Ann Wilson.
Briana was a beautiful person with a beautiful heart and soul. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Surviving, in addition to her parents are her two sons, Abel and Ryder Twigg; a brother Jesse Winebrenner and her paternal grandparents, Charlie and Barb Winebrenner.
The Smith Funeral Home and Crematory, Keyser, assisted the family with arrangements.
