He was born on November 12, 1957 in Danville, PA the son of the late Forrest and Doris (Gedman) Wiest. He was a 1975 graduate of Lower Dauphin High School.
Bruce was married to Diane Hersh Wiest.
He enjoyed the Delaware beaches and bays, his little farm, and especially, conversation with friends and strangers.
He is survived by his wife Diane, children Bruce M Wiest (Kari McNelis), and Neil F Wiest (Kara), grandchildren Kahleigh Wiest, Aryah Wiest, Cody Wiest, Grace Wiest, Isabelle Wiest, Gabrielle Wiest, Jaxson Wiest, Raegan Hale and Jax Hale.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd. - Millersburg from 7:00 PM- 9:00 PM.
