Bryan P. Campbell

Bryan P. Campbell, of Doylestown, formerly of Havertown, died on Friday, February 7, 2025, at New Seasons, an assisted living facility in Chalfont, PA. He was 57 years old and passed away after a long, spirited, and courageous battle with brain cancer.
Born on May 5, 1967, to William H. Campbell and the late Paula M. Brown, at Jeanes Hospital, Philadelphia, Bryan spent much of his youth in Poughkeepsie, NY, and Havertown, PA, and graduated from Haverford High School in 1985.
He worked for many years in the Philadelphia region as a lineman (Maintenance Splicer) for Verizon, where he loved his work, loved learning how telephones function, and even owned a collection of old telephones.
He loved to go snowboarding, play football, and golf with friends. He loved to read, and he loved cats, as much as he loved his tight group of friends. He demonstrated a quick wit and great sense of humor, some of it mischievous. He was always ready with a quick retort, but only in the service of laughter.
He is survived by his father, William, of Jeffersonville, PA; his father's significant other, Maryann M. O'Donnell; a sister, Elizabeth E. Campbell, of Eugene, OR; and a half-brother, Matthew Cross, of Madrid, Spain; his wife, Estelle Joyet, and their son, Marzan.
He is also survived by two nieces, Julia K. Campbell, of Mount Laurel, NJ; her husband, Will, and their daughter, Maxine Campbell Bartz; and Madeleine E. Campbell, of Eugene, OR; an uncle, Frederick T. Campbell, of Glenside, PA; and Bryan's former wife, Michelle Calvert Labagnara, of Maplewood, NJ.
He was predeceased by his mother, Paula; his twin brother, Brett W. Campbell; and a half-brother, Jonah Cross.
Family and friends are invited to visit with us from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, followed by a service at 2:00 pm, on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home Inc., 241 East Butler Avenue (at Sandy Ridge Road), New Britain, PA 18901.
