Caryn M. Pineno, 58, beloved Mother, Sister and Friend
Caryn M. Pineno, aged 58, passed away on June 10, 2024.
Born in Plainfield, NJ, Caryn spent her formative years in Piscataway, NJ, where she graduated from Piscataway High School. She lived in Brick, NJ, and Fort Wayne, IN, before returning to her home state of New Jersey. Caryn cherished her time at the beach and boardwalk with her children and enjoyed attending football and baseball events with them. An avid softball player in Piscataway, she was also a devoted fan of the Grateful Dead. Known for her vibrant personality, Caryn was always the life of the party, bringing joy and laughter to those around her. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Caryn is survived by her children: Matthew Sean, Joseph Anthony, Anthony Charles, and Gianna Rose Pineno; her brother, Charles (Chris) Plumaker; her sisters, Mary Jordan and Roberta (Robyn) Plumaker; and her ex-husband, Joseph Pineno.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 AM on Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church, located at 35 Mountain Avenue, Somerville. Cremation services will be conducted privately.
Visitation will take place from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday at the Bruce C. VanArsdale Funeral Home, 111 N. Gaston Avenue, Somerville, NJ
