Christopher Brian Redfield

Christopher Brian Redfield, 41, passed away on 12/30/2023 in Tooele, UT. He was born on 11/7/1982, in Salt Lake City, UT to Brian and Evelyn Redfield.
Chris grew up in Montgomery County, MD and graduated from Watkins Mill High School in 2001. Chris loved staying active and was part of the cross-country team and spent many years of his childhood participating in competitive swimming, baseball, and basketball. Chris received his Eagle Scout award before graduating from High School and then went on to attend Utah State University. He received his Associates Degree in Dental Lab Technology at Idaho State University. Chris had a gift for designing and making teeth and was excellent at his profession.
As an adult, Chris enjoyed playing disc golf with friends and family in his spare time. If you knew Chris, you know what a big personality he had. He loved his family and spent many hours with his niece and nephews, Rosemary and Zachary Taylor and Miles and Roman Clark. Everyone loved Uncle Chris and family gatherings will never be the same without his commentary and eccentricities. Whenever anyone needed a helping hand, Chris was always the first person to step in and get the job done.
Chris has an avid love for the outdoors. He especially loved fishing. Accompanied by his father, they frequently visited new fishing spots around the west, he would always bring home his catch to share with the whole family. He was the grill master and would cook us amazing meals.
Chris is survived by his parents: Brian and Evelyn Redfield; his siblings: Emily Clark, (Glenn) Sarah Taylor, (Austin) and Andrew Redfied, (Laila Hakkarinen); his 7 nieces/nephews: 2 Aunts and 8 cousins. He was preceded in death by his four grandparents, his Aunt (Marion Campbell) and his Uncle (Bill Wilhelm).
Services will be held to celebrate his life on Saturday, January 13th at 11:00 am at the LDS chapel located at 1380 West 6785 South in West Jordan, Utah. A visitation is scheduled at 10:00 am for those who would like to attend.
