She was the most hardworking and loving woman you could ever meet. Her smile and laugh were so contagious, and she lit up every room she walked into, and left a piece of herself in everyone she met. When she wasn't working, she loved to cook and bake new recipes for her family and friends, she would throw on some country music and laugh and tell stories with her loved ones and her pets, which she loved dearly.
She leaves behind her husband Vincent, daughter Gianna, son Anthony, father Walter Miller, and brother Martin Miller.
Family and friends may call at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 W. Center Street, Manchester on Monday, October 28th, 2024, from 4-7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 29th, at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Church, 896 Main Street, Manchester, please meet directly at church.

I will always be grateful to Anne for having such a wonderful daughter, so that when Anne passed away, Clare was there to continue the generous spirit of her mother. I worked with Clare a number of times on projects and events on our beloved Main Street and will always remember her friendship and generosity. My sincere condolences to all the family and her friends.

Vin and I first met Clare when she was about 10 years old
Her Mom and Dad were great friends and Clare was in our hearts from that moment on. Our love and prayers go out to all of her family. Medical reasons prevent us from attending calling hours but know our hearts are with you all. Love Vin and Connie Liscomb

Playing in our yards swinging in the swings that sired above her dog pen with Duke Duchess and Princess ( I think) barking inside. We shared a love for Tomato sandwiches. We renewed our friendship in and off over our lives without ever thinking about this chapter. I´m in shock and wish her family especially your sweet dad my love and prayers. Kathy "Avery" Tuley
