She was born on Saturday, December 17, 1938, in Tennessee Ridge, TN, the daughter of John and Frances (nee Cook) Tanner.
On Saturday, December 28, 2013, she married Samuel L. Zacher at Old Ripley, IL, who survives.
Claudine loved to travel and was a very devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
A Private viewing will be held for family.
A Private Graveside Service will be at Brown Cemetery in Pocahontas, IL, with Rev. Steve Martin, officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bond County Hospice.
