Dana Overberg Obituary

Born in Beverly, Massachusetts, on April 16, 1948, he was the beloved son of the late Raymond A. and Esther E. (Mackenzie) Overberg. Dana was retired from United Shoe in Beverly where he was employed as a Machinist. In his spare time, he enjoyed camping, where he had seen Big Foot and hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed coin collecting and doing Bunka, Japanese Embroidery. Above all, he was a very devoted husband for 52 1/2 years, father and grandfather. He will be dearly missed.
Besides his beloved wife, Priscilla, Dana is survived by his loving children; Sven R. and his wife Jennifer A. Overberg of Medford, Gunnar G. and his wife Marion C. Overberg of Newton, New Hampshire and Britta L. Overberg of Ipswich. Grandchildren; Hunter, Wyatt and Skyla.
Funeral services will be privately held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home of Medford. For additional information, please visit, www.magliozzifuneralhome.com.
