Donna Hope England, 54, of Syracuse City, UT, passed away in her home on Thursday, November 9, 2023 after fighting a long battle of ongoing infections and diabetes.

She was born in Westminster, California on Wednesday, September 3, 1969 to parents Donald and Hope England and brothers Tony England and Mark England. As a young girl growing up in the deserts of Southern California, you could always find her at the family motorcycle racetrack, 395 Cycle Park.

She spent a couple of years studying at Loma Linda University, where she practiced Seventh-day Adventists beliefs for a short period of time. She then lived on to become highly successful in her career as a Government Information Specialist.

She enjoyed social outings with close friends and family. Some favorite activities include golfing in the summer and bowling in the winter. Along with the occasional ziplining and skydiving trip. She will be greatly missed, and always remembered for her wonderful, outgoing, loud, and sparkling personality.

In great pain, she leaves behind her mother, Hope England; brother, Mark England; her only daughter, Dezerae and son-in-law, Nathan Horting; and her beautiful grandson, Odin Ray Horting, who will always miss his Nana.

A Memorial service celebrating Donna’s life will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Community Center at Lindquist’s Office Building, 3434 Washington Blvd.
