Donna is survived by her daughter Julie Lawrence of NYC; dear friend and caretaker Ruth Russell; cousins Elaine and Leonard Simon, Ann and Joel Shamaskin, and Andy Simon; niece Romaine Sheets Wilson, nephew Nicholas Sheets, nephews Todd and Matthew Wilding; friends Kimberly Kalish and Samantha Catholdi. Services and visiting are not planned at this time. We are grateful for the support and love of all. Contributions may be made to the ALS Association or a charity of your choice.

It was my honor to know Donna for several years. She was someone you could trust with your innermost feelings and problems. A gentlewoman whose friendship I will always remember and be grateful for. RIP, Donna.
