Edris Heldt, 89, of Eaton, CO, went to her eternal rest on Nov. 14, 2024.
Born Aug 23, 1935, in Goodman, MO, she was the third child of William and Flossie Page. She moved with her family to Longmont, CO at the age of one. Edris grew up in Longmont and graduated from Longmont High School in 1953.
Edris married her high school sweetheart, William Heldt, on Oct 14, 1953. Edris and Bill and their children moved to the Galeton, CO, area in 1968, living on the farm until retiring in 2016. She lived her last eight years in Eaton.
Edris was an active member of the Colorado Dairy Women, Galeton Willy Workers, Galeton Lions Club, Gloria Christi and Trinity Lutheran churches. She was a strong, selfless woman and her husband's best helpmate in their dairy farming years. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Edris is survived by her husband Bill; children Vicki (Rod) Robison, Doug Heldt, Sheri (Ken) Breuer, and Mitch (Belinda) Heldt; seven grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
Edris is preceded in death by her parents; brother Owen, and sister Phyllis.
Service will be held Friday, Dec 6, 2024 at 11:00 am at Trinity Lutheran Church, 3000 35th Ave, Greeley, CO.

I´ll always have many fond memories of Edris from nearly 60 years. Am so fortunate to have had the Heldt family for neighbors and that she was such a good friend to my mother. She will be missed dearly and I wish the family peace and that they know they are loved by many.
