Gabriel Michael Ragain

Gabriel "Gabe" Michael Ragain peacefully left this world on Sunday, April 10, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. He was 49 years old.
Gabe graduated from Central High School in 1991. He worked for many years at Mille's Turn of the Century Café; Big Whiskey's; and most recently, Nearly Famous Deli & Pasta House.
He was a phenomenal artist, lover of all thingsWonder Woman and Madonna, superb cook, and the King of Movie Trivia.
When Gabe was not entertaining his friends, he enjoyed reading Stephen King novels, watching horror movies, and eating fine food. His smile not only lit up his face, but would bring joy to everyone around him. Gabe's laugh was infectious, and his unique sense of humor was endearing. He took pride in not only his appearance, but also his exceptional customer service skills, as he was an outstanding waiter.
Gabe is survived by his beloved Bird, Michael Crabb; his parents Mike and Linda Ragain, and Angela Mohn; his grandparents, James and Bobbie Ragain, and Jody King; his sisters, Christy and Mikaela; his brother, Brendon; his niece, Koree and nephew, Caleb; a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins; and so many dear friends, too numerous to list.
Gabe lived by this mantra: "You are a wonder." Gabe was a Wonder, and his Ray of Light will be greatly missed.
