Janice Christine Prime, age 78, of Chelmsford, went to join her Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, November 17, 2022.
She was born in Boston on January 31, 1944 and was raised in Somerville, the daughter of the late Gardiner and Marretta (Bruce) Prime. Janice was the older sister of the late Lawrence Prime and Linda Prime.
Janice was a graduate of Somerville High School and Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA. She worked at Mass General Hospital in HR and on the cardiology unit from 1973-2010. Janice chose an early retirement to stay home and care for her sister Linda when she was diagnosed with Leukemia.
Janice is survived by many cousins, second cousins and several great friends as well as her dog Skippy.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, November 29th from 9am to 10:30am at the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home, 24 Worthen St., Chelmsford followed by a service in the funeral home at 11am. Interment in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Chelmsford.

My condolences to the family. I did not know Janice, however, I did meet her once at the closing as I was lucky enough to be the one she selected to purchase her home in Littleton. I have heard some wonderful things about her. May she rest in peace
