Jeffrey A. Corniello

Jeffrey A. Corniello, 46, of Brunswick, went home to his Lord and Savior on March 27, 2026. Jeff was born on February 3, 1980, in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, the son of Don and Cyndi (Kirner) Corniello.

Jeff graduated from Brunswick High School in 1998 and attended the Medina County Career Center where he met his wife, Amanda. Jeff graduated from the University of Akron in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in nursing. He began his nursing career at Fairview Hospital and then began working at The Cleveland Clinic in Brunswick, where he was the Emergency Department Manager. He was a devoted husband and father. He supported his sons in all their sports activities and even coached them in both baseball and football. He truly lived for his children. Jeff was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Rita Corniello, and Paul and Ann Kirner; aunt, Diane Corniello; and brother-in-law, Jason Sherman.

He is survived by his loving wife, Amanda (Sherman) Corniello, with whom he shared 23 years of marriage; sons, Derek (Alyssa Bright), Travis, and Jacob Corniello; parents, Don and Cyndi Corniello; sister, Jennifer Corniello; brother, James (Katie Yrigoyen) Corniello; nieces and nephews, Santana, Antonio, Anthony, Florence, Emma, Isaac, and Jaylee; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 4 to 8 pm at the Waite Funeral Home: 3300 Center Road, Brunswick, OH 44212. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 11 am at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Brunswick. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
