John Buehn

John Buehn, 65, of Henderson, KY, passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Encompass Health and Rehabilitation Hospital in Newburgh, IN. He was born December 2, 1959 in Evansville to the late Dorothy (Williams) and Harold Buehn, Sr.
John was a 1978 graduate of Harrison High School. He worked for the Book Broker for several years where he also enjoyed playing Heroclix. John worked as a driver for PTI Transport and the hospitality industry for many years. He enjoyed playing Bingo, especially at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, and spending time with his family
He is survived by his wife, Darsie Anderson; daughter, Angela Yocum; sons, Tommy Yocum and Jonathan (Leigha) Yocum; stepson, Curtis Yocum; stepdaughters, Tammie (William) Shepherd and Lauri (Eric) Ferguson; brother, Robert Buehn; sister, Eda (Jeff) Emge; sister-in-law, Sharlyn Buehn; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his brother, Harold Buehn, Jr.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Ave., Evansville. A Funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Tim Garrett officiating.
