I met Joe when he was 15 and I was 17. We were each other's first training partners. He was a great guy and I am a better person for having known him. I am heartbroken to receive news of his passing. God bless him.

Joe was a high school friend who when he found out my cousin Michelle was related hounded me to introduce them. I then hounded Michelle to go out on a date with him. She did. And a fairytale high school romance began. These two went on to be married raising 3 beautiful kids and were married for 48 years. It is one of my life's sweetest memories and I am
