RAYMONDVILLE – Graveside services for Joyce Dewey, 82, a resident of Woodland Drive, Raymondville, will be held in the spring at the Visitation Cemetery in Norfolk. Dewey; a brother, Paul (Son Yo) Fedoryk, Raymondville and a sister, JoAnne Fleury, Massena as well as her nieces, nephews and cousins.
Born in Huntington, Long Island to the late Hercule U. and Constance Wolski Dupuis, Joyce graduated from East Meadow High School in 1960. She married Alvin G. Joyce worked for the Town of Hempstead in the marriage license bureau from 1960 to 1964. They moved to the North Country and she was a devoted homemaker, raising her two sons and then worked for the St. Lawrence County Public Health Department from 1978 until her retirement in 2000. Joyce was a devoted parishioner of St. Raymond's / Church of the Visitation where she belonged to the Altar and Rosary Society.
