Juanita Marie (Miller) Lentz was born in Monroe, Michigan on December 30, 1933 to Herbert and Meta (Gaertner) Miller. She entered into eternal rest on May 10, 2025.
She met the love of her life, David, and they were married on August 11, 1956 in Monroe, Michigan. Juanita was employed with Consoweld for many years. Juanita was active at Trinity Lutheran Church for many decades. She was a proud member in Esther Circle, Braille, Quilting, Married Couples Club, and OWLs.
Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, David on May 3, 2025, her parents, Herbert and Meta, her beloved brothers Al and Douglas and sister Ruth Ellen Miller. Left to carry on her legacy is her twin sister Anita Peterson, children Lynda (Michael) Doering, Janice (Bradley) Blaney, and Rev. Kevin (Kathy) Lentz. She was a proud grandma to Cassie (Nick) Rost, Sean (Areli) Doering, Rebekah Lentz, Jacob (Kaydi) Lentz, and Anna Blaney, and a great-grandmother to three great-grandchildren. The committal service will be Tuesday, May 13 at 10 a.m. at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff and caregivers at Brentwood Assisted Living and Greenleaf Health Campus for their loving, compassionate care of Juanita over the past years.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 30888 County Road 6, Elkhart, IN 46514.
