Judith Lyn "Judy" Saffin, age 84, passed away on November 17, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 21, 1941, to William and Lois Judge, Judy lived a long, joyful, and fulfilled life.
Judy was married to her adoring husband, Robert Saffin, for over sixty-three years. Their devotion to one another was evident to all who knew them. Robert preceded her in death by just over a year, and their family takes comfort in knowing they are together again.
She was the loving mother of Robert (Lesley Hammer) Saffin Jr. and Jeffrey (Raquel) Saffin; cherished grandmother of Mackenzie, Madison, Macko, Elizabeth, William, and Maria; and beloved sister of Jerry Judge.
Judy was born in Kenton County, Kentucky, and spent her childhood in Fort Thomas. Her family later moved to the Anderson area, where she graduated from Anderson High School in 1958. It was here that she started many lifelong friendships and met the love of her life, Robert.
Throughout her life, Judy dedicated herself to forming and nurturing lasting friendships. Her warmth, humor, and genuine interest in others made her a treasured friend to many. In her later years, she delighted in having "lunch with the girls," a tradition she enjoyed nearly every day of the week. She cherished each of these friendships dearly.
Judy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering love touched countless lives. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025, 1 PM at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home (2050 Beechmont Ave.) where visitation will be held from 12 PM until the time of service.
