Born December 21, 1971, in Richmond, IN. to John "Jack" and Mary Elizabeth Johnson Soper, Julia has lived in this community all of her life. She was a graduate of Centerville High School. Julia was known for her fiery and stubborn personality that everybody loved.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy Allen; daughters, Karlin (Christopher) Simmons of Fountain City, Brianna Allen of Richmond, Shawna (Dakota Rice) Allen of Economy; 8 grandchildren; sisters, Tina Soper, Patty (Dennis) Hall and Sharon (Mike) Nixon; brothers, Gary (Diane) Soper, Jim (Karen) Soper, and David (Melissa) Soper; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation for Julia Anne Allen will be from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Mills Funeral Home, 405 East Main St., Centerville, Indiana. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Mills Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
