His family includes his mom Susan Gollaher; two daughters, Chloe and Lucy Harris of Virginia Beach; brother Joseph Steinhauser and sister Nikki Steinhauser; nephew Riley Steinhauser; nieces Gabriella Steinhauser and Isabel Steinhauser.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Harris; brother James Steinhauser; and his nephew James Steinhauser, Jr.
Justin was born November 10, 1980 in St. Louis, Missouri and his family moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia when he was young. He went to Ocean Lakes High School and later graduated with a GED. Justin enjoyed working out, the beach, fishing, skateboarding, construction projects, and most of all being with family and friends.
