He was a very diversified person with many hobbies and interests, which included stamp collection, traveling, flowers gardening and quilting. Larry is survived by his loving daughter, Amy Renee Melson: sister, Arlene Dudderar; several brothers-and sisters-in- law, who include, Frank West, Jr., Charles West, Phillip West, Sue Haisley, Thelma Hendrickson, Julie Steele, and Thomas West; and several nieces & nephews. Besides his wife of 45 years, Carolyn, he was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Harold Melson and sister-in-law, Mary Bright.
