Lee Ellen (Santini) Schlageter, 73 of Evansville, IN passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. She was born on November 23, 1950 in Boonville, IN to the late Dr. Leo H. and Mary Ellen (Broshears) Santini.
Lee was a graduate of Bosse High School and was a tech at Southwestern Mental Health for 16 years. She enjoyed camping, hunting for arrowheads, genealogy, and working in her backyard. She had a love for cats, and enjoyed vacationing out northwest. Lee was a friend of Bill Wilson for 40 years, and will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
Lee is survived by her husband Joseph "Joe" Schlageter, daughter, Christina Phillips (Dwayne), son, Danny Fuller, grandchildren, Mckenzie Miller (Alex), Nicholas Fuller (Kathleen), Dane Phillips (Haley), great grandchildren, Lillia, Nicholas, Chloe, Addison, Theodore, Grayson, and Paxton.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Leo H. and Mary Ellen (Broshears) Santini.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Meyer Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St., Evansville, IN 47711 (812) 424-9288 with burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Friends and family are invited to the funeral home, 100 E. Columbia St. for visitation on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Vanderburgh County Humane Society, 400 Millner Industrial Dr, Evansville, IN 47710.
