Margaret Guidry Obituary
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Daniel (Dan) P. Guidry, Sr., her son Daniel "Danny" P. Guidry Jr, and her grandson Tre'a M. Guidry.
She is survived by her daughters, Donna Guidry Burkholder (Stephen Sr) and Ninette Sykes Guidry; her grandchildren James L Guidry (Lara), Scott A Guidry (Megan), Shelby Burkholder, Doyle (John), and Stephen R. Burkholder Jr. (Abigail); her great grandchildren Wyatt, Estelle and Charlotte, Mark Guidry, and Stephen (Tripp) Burkholder III; and many other loving friends and family members.
Margaret graduated from Fortier High School in New Orleans, Louisiana. She worked at the New Orleans Museum of Art until her retirement. She was a member of the Lakeside Lioness Club and AARP.
Graveside services will be held for Maragret; the time and date are to be determined. Please check back later for additional information. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that you consider donations made out to The National Children's Cancer Society.
